Jocelyn Medina Sunday Virtual Vocal Jazz Jam

For the last six years, Jocelyn Medina had hosted live jams in NYC; she went virtual as a result of the pandemic. Jocelyn hosts a featured performer every Sunday from 6:00 to 7:00PM EST and then offers an open mic to any performers who care to join from 7:00 to about 8:30. The show can be seen on

Vermont Jazz Center

The Vermont Jazz Center, under the direction of Eugene Unman, and located in the refurbished Cotton Mill Building in Brattleboro, offers musicians classes in ensemble playing and singing, concerts and workshops with established and up-and-coming jazz artists, and a summer five-day workshop with a vocalists’ program that has consistently included mentorship with Sheila Jordan and Jay Clayton. Scholarships are also offered.
