Our Financial Model
Valley Jazz Voices is funded through member dues, concert tickets, donations, small grants, and sponsorships. Our expenses include salaries for our director and accompanists, music, space rental, technical costs for performances, marketing and advertising, and administrative costs such as website management and bank fees. We depend on a great deal of volunteer time and talent to ensure our success. The VJV steering committee oversees our financial decisions while day-to-day finances are managed by the VJV treasurer.
